Before you apply, please note the following: Preference will be given to Brand Ambassadors with their own transport. This does not include public transport. Any public transport to a promotion, will be for the brand ambassador's own cost and responsibility.

Dear Z PR Brand Ambassador / Temporary Staff
Due to the recent implementation of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) which came into full force and effect on 1 July 2021, you are required to sign this consent form in order to provide your consent/permission for Funserv Five t/a Z PR Marketing & Digital Marketing (“Z PR”) to process, collect and retain data and personal information, comprised of your name and email address, physical address and phone number in our various databases including on MailChimp.
The intention of this consent form is to seek your consent allowing Z PR to submit and to send to you information regarding potential promotions / temporary job assignments, which are sent by WhatsApp / SMS / Email or Phone Calls.
Furthermore, Z PR may wish to utilise your personal information when sending your profile to potential clients for upcoming campaigns. In such circumstances such personal information may be shared with such third party issuing, providing, couriering or distributing any promotional materials or promotional materials on our behalf. We confirm that information will not be provided to any other third party other than those listed above, except with your express written consent.
